Teton Bison

I was sitting on the ground taking pictures of this old barn on Mormon Row, in front of the Tetons north of Jackson Hole, when I heard a little sound behind me. I turned around just in time to hurry back to my car before a herd of bison trampled me or blocked my way. It definitely got my heart racing. If you look closely you can see me sitting in my car in the reflection of his eye. You can almost count each hair in his fur. Photo © Copyright by Skip Weeks
