DOUBLE-O ARCH is in Arches National Park near Moab, Utah. It is second largest arch within the Devils Garden area, after Landscape Arch. There are two arches; one large, with a span of 71 feet, stacked on top a much smaller arch with a 21-foot span. Both are part of the same sandstone fin. It is located at the far end of the Devils Garden Primitive Loop, two miles past the Devils Garden trailhead at the north end of the Arches Entrance Road. Past Landscape Arch, the trail becomes much more rugged and interesting. You even get to hike on top of one of the fins. It was fun scrambling over to the west side to grab this shot at sunset.
